Bio

Sara Federico was born in Italy in 1993.

She is a Physiotherapist involved in research activities within the Laboratory of Neurorehabilitation Technologies.

She received her Master of Science at the University of Verona (Italy) in 2019.

At Hospital San Camillo IRCCS, she joined in 2018 the Telemedicine Unit in the Movement Neuroscience Research Group.

Starting from July 2019, she also joined the Neuromotor Rehabilitation Service.

Her main duties comprise clinical treatments and research activities of neurological patients.

In particular, she deals with the assessment, enrolment and treatment of patients for several national multicentric projects.

Research interests

Sara is involved in R&D activities for the treatment of neurological disorders with innovative technologies, integrating clinical practice into research.

In particular she is interested in the management and development of tele-rehabilitation systems and the study of the balance in neurological patients.
