Laura Passarini is a psychologist and psychotherapist.
She received her master degree in psychology at University of Padua (Italy) in 2001.
She specialized in family psychotherapy in 2008.
Since 2002 she works at the IRCCS San Camillo.
As clinical neuropsychologist she is engaged in the management and treatment of patients with severe Acquired Brain Injury.
She participates in research projects about neuropsychological assessments and treatments in collaboration with researchers from the University of Padua.
She organizes informative and preventive meetings and activities about vascular diseases like stroke as a member of the Board of Directors of the ALICe Venice Onlus (Associazione per la Lotta all’ictus Cerebrale).
The areas of research interest have always been: the heminattentive deficit and the deficits in numerical processing and calculation.
In both cases, she focused her research on both the identification of diagnostic tools and the evaluation of the effectiveness of experimental treatment protocols.
