He received his Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino in 2010.
After a research internship in Neurology Department in Gradenigo Hospital, he worked as biomedical engineer in Un Passo Insieme Onlus Foundation from 2012 to 2014.
From 2014 to 2018 he completed his Ph.D. in Bioengineering and medical surgical sciences at the Politecnico di Torino under the supervision of Prof. Marco Knaflitz.
His doctoral project dealt with the muscle synergies during locomotion and non-linear approaches for the analysis of cerebral Nirs signal.
From March 2018 he is a senior researcher in San Camillo Hospital IRCCS in Venice.
Research Interests
His research focuses on multimodal approach to investigate motor control and rehabilitation.
Particularly, he adopts functional Magnetic Resonance imaging techniques and biomedical signals analysis to investigate therapies efficacy and muscle synergies model.
